Quirino Young Entrepreneurs Association was organized in 2012 and was formally registered with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) on January 18, 2013 (Reg. No. Q-290-IS- 2013). The association was organized purposely to establish income-generating projects for our students. We started by producing rice, taro, and cassava wines out of the indigenous knowledge of our students. Through the last decade, we have steadily progressed and have been able to increase the range of our production. Currently, we are offering four major product lines - tropical fruit wines, natural beverages, bread, chips, and purple yam or Ube powder.
To this day, Quirino Young Entrepreneurs Association is still committed to being a leading center for entrepreneurial development by enhancing the entrepreneurial skills of its members through product innovation and product marketing. This initiative creates an avenue for livelihood for students, alumni, and out-of-school youths to support their studies and families. Aside from these, we are passionate about utilizing and innovating products from undervalued local agricultural commodities to help our local farmers and advance the local economy. In the long run, our vision is to promote and market our products not only in the country but to the international market as well, in the near future.
